Thanks to the generosity of our donors, the THRIVE Summer Mentor Institute is FREE for attendees!

Parking permits will be provided to all registered attendees via email. This should be printed and placed on a visible area of your dashboard. We will have extra parking permits at the Check-In table if you are unable to print beforehand.

There is parking surrounding the venue. Once parked, attendees should enter the main entrance and proceed to the Check-In table (marked on the “Map of Venue“).

In the event that the parking lot is full, attendees will need to park across the street in a public parking lot.

Breakfast will be provided to attendees on both days.

Vegetarian and Vegan options will be available.

Additionally, coffee and tea will be available throughout both days.

Lunches are independent. You may bring a lunch to eat in the Atrium, purchase a lunch and eat at the Commons Cafe, or travel off-site to one of the many restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the venue.

Yes! All attendees will receive a certificate verifying their participation at the end of each day.

Yes, there is a dedicated, private room for nursing needs located near the vending machines. The venue map showing its location can be found on the session info page.
